Yumé Paradise Club Subscription Policy

Paradise Club Membership

When you join Paradise Club, you’re not simply subscribing to a beverage. You’re entering a rhythm designed to support your energy, clarity, and well-being.

Your Yumé subscription is delivered every 24 days, thoughtfully timed to ensure your next case arrives before you run out, allowing your ritual to continue uninterrupted.

This is intentional. Paradise is meant to stay with you.


Billing & Renewal

By enrolling in Paradise Club, you authorize Yumé to automatically charge your selected payment method every 24 days based on your chosen subscription plan.

Each renewal includes:

  • A fresh shipment of your selected Yumé product(s)

  • Locked-in member pricing

  • Priority fulfillment

  • Continuous access to Paradise Club benefits

You will only be charged on your scheduled renewal date.


Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following renewal.

Shipping timelines vary based on location but generally arrive within:

  • 2–5 business days within the United States

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Managing Your Subscription

You are always in control of your Paradise Club membership.

You may:

  • Pause your subscription

  • Skip a delivery

  • Change your delivery frequency

  • Update your shipping address

  • Update payment information

  • Cancel anytime

To manage your subscription, access your customer account portal or contact us directly at:

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to take effect for the upcoming shipment.


Cancellations

You may cancel your Paradise Club membership at any time.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as it immediately enters fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.

Canceling your subscription will prevent future renewals but will not affect orders already processed.


Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will automatically retry the payment method.

If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused until updated payment information is provided.


Returns & Damaged Orders

Due to the consumable nature of our products, subscription orders are not eligible for returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
